Shipping policy

Out of Stock Items – Print-on-Demand
Several of our items are sold as print-on-demand; which means we don’t manufacture the item until after the customer places the order. Once the order is placed, we immediately begin the 3D printing process. Different items have different print times and will be shipped once the item is completed.

Shipping
We ship via US Postal Priority Mail and always provide the ship date and tracking information for each order.

Damaged Goods
Please report any damaged packages or product to us immediately and to the USPS. We will replace the damaged items at no charge, however, we do charge shipping for the replacement items.
